Safety Report: Hanhoo Men Blemish Patch Non-Medicated Hydrocolloid, Walmart Supercenter, Dewey Avenue, Greece, NY, USA

3800 Dewey Avenue, Greece, 14616 New York, United States
Hanhoo Men's is selling anti blemish patches that explicitly state non medicated on the package, yet also state they contain salicylic acid which is an FDA regulated ingredient in cosmetics requiring a disclosure of the percentage of the ingredient. This is highly dangerous to consumers as there could be any amount of the product inside of this without any labeling. It has the potential to cause permanent damage to the skin, cause chemical burns, among other serious injuries to those who may be sensitive to this ingredient. This product is not Non-Medicated. Not in the least and should be recalled and the company fined as they are also doing it with other lines of their personal care items and failing to properly disclose what is in their products to consumers. There is also NO expiration on the packaging whatsoever.UPC Code: 810002330360

Item returned to retailer and let them know about this but it's still being sold at Walmarts and possibly other retailers around the country right now.
Was going to make a report to FDA, but their Medwatch form is so outdated and convoluted and confusing because it jams everything together instead of having separate forms with different questions based on the product in question.
