Safety Report: Had my first PFIZER jab. Sore arm for a couple of days, Chester, SC, USA

I received the PFIZER shot in the parking lot of the Hospital in Chester SC. There were ten or so National Guardsmen working the site. I was on time and did not have to wait at all. Drove up got the shot and was shown where to park and told to wait fifteen minutes to make sure I had no allergic reaction. I was told to blow the horn if I did. The next day my arm was sore at the injection site and later I had a dull headache. The headache lasted about 24 hours and the sore arm less. I am ready for the next shot. | Symptoms: Headache, Soreness
