I ordered an item from this shop through an ad redirect on Instagram. I received a COMPLETELY different item than was ordered (dollar store hanger). I reached out to this company and they offered a 20% refund but no return for full refund and no offer to immediately send out the correct item. I sent pictures and I re-requested a full refund and asked where to send return. They stopped responding. I have reported this business on Instagram and to the Texas Attorney General.
