I ordered extended monitor and received USB cable. After emailing them for solution, I received the same return location in China that everyone else here listed, which is how I found this website. The instructions for return are written word for word as everyone else who has told their story. I would like to know if anyone has had any luck getting their money back when submitting a claim with their bank/credit card company.
