Ordered wifi smart LED outdoor lights from Motivate.com, which had a Halloween sale posted on Facebook. The order was processed through another site called depictoanw.com, but shipped from Allway2 at 3495 Laird Road, Mississauga Ontario. The item I received was 2 sets of smart fairy lights, which I did not order, which can be bought for $3-5 CAD on Wish, Temu, or Ali-express, not the $110.80 CAD I paid. Been trying to get money back from BMO MasterCard, which is proving impossible, and cannot contact seller, or either website, I just get a run around with emails that repeat, but are useless. These support emails are made to give you no response from a customer service rep. RCMP needs to check this address, and trace the IP addresses to find the scammers! Avoid ANY ads on Facebook, or the two previously mentioned. I see no recovery of my funds happening through Bank of Montreal MasterCard.

yup just happened to us as well. I don't even have any recollection of ordering anything. Received at least 8 boxes of these lights and I want to return.
