I ordered some oversized magnetic playtiles from Fondensy online store thinking my kids would be able to build forts and other structures with them. Received a pair of bad socks instead. Contacted them and have been in contact with some representative ever since (ordered in February and it is now June). They keep giving me excuses as to why the product hasn't arrived (at some point, their stock had been stopped at customs and they asked me if there was something I could do about it, but would still not provide any type of tracking number). Stopped writing and reported them for fraud to my credit card company to get a refund.
