I ordered and paid for a raised self-watering garden unit, 96 Inches x 24 inches x 29 inches high. I received a pair of broken sunglasses when I reached out to the??? company, I was told by their representative (Maria) that it would cost them and me too much money to return the item, Maria told me to keep it, and they would refund 10% of the total. I said no, I wanted a full refund. She asked if I would accept 20%, and I said no.I have contacted my credit card company, and I see in this feed that others have had problems with items coming from the address in California.

I just got a scarf I didn't order and I am trying to figure out how to stop them and what they are using to bill me. Please help.
I also received an unsolicited “silk scarf” with an attached tag that states it is 100% polyester from 38811 Cherry St. Newark CA. I think there may be a connection to an order I placed for 2 raised garden boxes and have yet to receive. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Yes, I am having the same problem.
I placed the order at the end of July and I have never received it the same way: the raised planters.
