My credit card was charged $80.76 for outdoor rocking chairs made of canvas and mesh.  The ad was on Facebook and listed as overstock by QVC.  I have yet to receive my chairs.  Obviously, this is a scam!  How do I retrieve my money?

I ordered leather boots from QVC overstock for $40.00. I got an immediate response saying they were shipped from China. After 17 or 18 days I received a pair of cheap plastic, man made material boots.
