Balladgun scams through Facebook and Instagram, Online ordered a sofa bed from Balladgun on Facebook.
Said would ship from CA so made purchase. Free expedided shipping was supposed to arrive 6-10 days after processing order.
Still no tracking update. Customer service gives fake tracking number. Item supposedly still at partner facility since 9/14 in IL, arrived from China...Not yet with USPS. Ordered 9/5. Will dispute charge and never order through social media again.
