I saw the Eye Gel ad on line. I immediately scanned the ad to find the ingredients in the gel. Retinol was not listed and I was glad because I cannot use it. When I received the two tubes I ordered, I started using the gel. After three days, my eyes swelled up and the skin in some areas was red and cracked. I had to consult my doctor and she prescribed an ointment by prescription to help. When I looked on the tube itself, there it was in the tiniest print possible (I had to use a magnifying glass) was the first ingredient: RETINOL! I would never have ordered this product if retinol was listed on their web site ad! Now I've learned from the company Eilisra that they do not give refunds nor do they take returns for refunds. I am out my money and besides have to pay for a prescription that I hope will help me. In the meantime, I can't use any make up and my eye area is sore and red!I live in Rochester, NY
