Safety Report: Diamond ring scam, Arlington, TX, USA

I was out of town and when I came back their was a diamond ring. The only thing I can think of is about a month ago I placed on order through a company that was advertising as shein on FB. Never got my stuff so I reported it to my CC company for them to reverse the charge. Now this ring comes and I'm pretty sure it's connected.
