I order boots from this company and receive them but they weren't what I expected they look cheap made not of leather, so I return to the address above which was the return address. after the boots was return on Dec. 3, 2022 to Jet located at the address above, not one time was contact ever made by them. So then I get an answer from a HOLA's me 3 stating they received my email about these boots being return. So I wrote back asking when can I get my refund of $64.15 but I didn't get a response except for we receive your email and will respond within two days. Everytime I mention my refund can't get no answer. I am frustrated and I am done.

There is no phone number for this so called business. It is a Chinese Commie Scam. If you paid by credit card, you may have a shot at getting your money back through the C.C. Fraud Department. Good Luck!
