1. On August 26, 2021, management kept an employee working knowing that the employee tested positive for Covid 19. This exposed other employees to Covid 19. 2. Employees were using alcohol for disinfecting surfaces in unmarked containers. 3. Employees were not using appropriate PPE when they were disinfecting surfaces with alcohol for Covid 19.
