Regulatory Report
111 Southeast Columbia Way, Vancouver, 98661 Washington, United States
Rusty pipes and what is believed to be black mold under the bar exposing all staff. Non-existent floor in the bar. They put down a piece of plywood for the bartenders to stand on that gets slippery when the floor floods everyday which caused a bartender to slip and cut themselves, resulting in stitches. There is a hole in the floor in one of the server stations. They have a table top covering it. Someone fell through the floor because it was rotting and they just covered it and haven't bothered to fix it. They don't follow the CDC guidelines of if you're sick, stay home. They bully employees into working when they feel sick, resulting in mass COVID exposure. The general manager laid hands on an employee, she was walking and she grabbed her by her arms and spun her around and got in her personal space. The roof has been leaking for months. They have a knife on the top shelf in the bar that could result in serious injury or death. WHO SONG & LARRYS 111 E Columbia River Way Vancouver, WA 98661Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-05-18
