1. There is a positive COVID 19 resident in the home with other residents. There was no n95, face shield or disposable gown provided to care for the resident that had COVID. 2. There is not dedicated staff to care for the positive COVID resident without cross contamination possibly infecting other residents. 3. Employer states that she does not have to follow some COVID-19 protocols due to her business being a small business. 4. The employer does not track COVID symptoms or provide any tracking of people coming in and out of the home. 5.
