1) UPS is requiring drivers to get their devices signed by customers and not ensuring at a least a 6 foot distance between persons to help minimize spread COVID-19. 2) Managers and employees that are un-vaccinated are not wearing face masks. Employer is not following CDC and OSHA guideline that in substantial to high transmission areas, all employees should be wearing mask indoors. 3) UPS is not ensuring that all persons driving in vans together are either vaccinated or wearing masks and maintaining at least 6 foot distance where feasible. 4) Managers are verbally harassing employees and threatening them with termination if they don't get their devices signed.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 50
