1. Yesterday March 24, a temp worker who performs and performed truck loading and unloading in the MLKUS loading areas, was working with 6 other employees for 4 hours, to 10 am, and then reported to the supervisor that she tested positive for Covid-19. This temp worker was sent home, however had been working with 6 other workers getting as close as 2 feet away, given that a truck is 8' x 40' interior spans. The supervisors sent the other 6 employees that were working with this known positive employee to various locations of this facility, potentially spreading Covid-19 infection. 2. There is a safety representative however there is no way for employees to communicate safety and health concerns to, such as a phone number, 800 hotline, email, or text, they have to wait for a safety representative to appear in the workplace, that could be once per week.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 30
