1. The employer is not enforcing any CDC guidelines for COVID-19, with the exception of mandating the use of face masks. Drivers are being allowed to come into work after testing positive for the virus, due to being short staffed. They are told they can work as long as they wear a face mask. 2. Trucks and equipment such, but not limited to, scanners, door knobs and computer equipment are not being cleaned and disinfected. 3. There is no hand sanitizer available. 4. Employees who may have been exposed to persons with COVID-19 are not required to quarantine as long as they are asymptomatic, regardless of vaccination status.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-10-15
