1. At tables located in break areas and where six-foot distancing cannot be maintained, physical barriers to reduce the likelihood of COVID-19 transmission between employees have been removed. 2. At tables located in break areas, sanitizer and disinfectant is not made available for employee use to reduce the likelihood of COVID-19 transmission. 3. At the front/main entrance(s), face coverings are not available for employees who are required to wear them or choose to voluntarily wear them. 4. In storage and staging areas, powered mobile equipment is driven through areas that are not designated as through-travel routes. 5. Near docks #201 and #301, emergency exits and travel routes are not clearly identified as walkways and are often obstructed due to the presence of staged powered mobile equipment. 6. At the loading docks, powered mobile equipment operators enter trailers while expeditors and/or truck drivers are in the trailers strapping/unstrapping cargo. 7. Throughout the facility, employees wear wireless headphones to listen to music, talk on personal cell phones and/or are allowed to eat and drink while operating powered mobile equipment.
