The employer failed to notify employees of an assumed COVID-19 case in the workplace. The controller was hospitalized on 7/23/21 for assumed COVID-19 and no employees were notified. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(2) & (3) 4. The employer failed to clean areas where an assumed COVID-19 employee worked. The controller was hospitalized for assumed COVID-19 on 7/23/21, and cleaning of the areas where that person worked was not performed. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(B)(2) 5. The employer failed to notify Cal/OSHA of an assumed hospitalization of possible COVID-19. The controller was hospitalized for assumed COVID-19 on 7/23/21 and failed to notify Cal/OSHA.
