T8 CCR 3362(g) & 3203(a)(4)&(6) Employer has addressed and is remediating the mold in room 204 but has not addressed the possibility of additional mold spores in the rest of the counseling area including but not limited to room 203, 204 and 205. T8 CCR 3203(a)(2) Employer is not communicating to their employees of hazard of mold, the remediation process and not providing requested third party testing documentation upon request by the union and staff. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A)/5142(a)(1) Due to COVID concern and the potential of mold it is unknown if the employer is maintaining the HVAC system with the correct filters and providing and maximizing the quantity of outdoor air.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
