The employer is not requiring or enforcing the use of face coverings by employees. b. The employer does not have a written COVID-19 Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan. c. The employer has not provided COVID-19 training to employees. d. The employer is not enforcing social distancing within the shop. e. The employer is not providing soap, hand sanitizer, or sanitizing materials. f.
