Regulatory Report
14901 Central Avenue, Chino, 91710 California, United States
T8CCR 3205(c)(6)- We have had 5 confirmed cases of Covid-19 out of 12 staff. We are not provided N95 mask, we were not social distanced until today. Even with the division of the team into two rooms there is not enough protection between us. We do not have hot water to wash our hands as advised from the CDC all we have is ICE cold water. Many employees who travel through our halls are not wearing their mask properly,. We are fearful to leave our office for any reason because we are terrified because of the careless reckless behavior we see. With people removing their mask or not wearing them properly. While getting tested we are in a room full of people and have to remove our mask which puts us at risk there is no time allowed between each person being tested. The tables are not always wiped down. There are not hand sanitizers at each main doorway as everyone has to touch those door handles We are setup for teleworking but are denied the ability to do so because CDCR will not allow us access to our required programs at home. We have access but are forbidden to use it and denied teleworking while other departments at CIM have staff that telework 100%.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-23
