T8 CCR 5199(i) Student/faculty are not provide with effective training on COVID-19. T8 CCR 5199(g) Not all employee/Supervisor wearing masks or wearing masks properly. T8 CCR 5199(e) Employer is not following their own procedures for disinfecting and sanitation. T8 CCR 5199(c)(3) Employees is not implementing effective screening procedures for COVID-19. They are no known procedures for action if a person being screened is positive for COVID-19. T8 CCR 5199(c)(4) Social distancing measures are not being adhered to. T8 CCR 5144(f)(5) Fit testing is not being conducted using OSHA accepted protocol. Only small masks were provided during fit testing. Chemical being administered for qualitative fit-testing was unknown by the administrator.
