1. Four people have tested positive for COVID. The general manager tested positive for COVID on Tuesday March 30th 2021 and is returning back today Thursday April 8th 2021 only 9 days quarantining when it's required 14 days. 2. The restaurant was closed for 5 days and never had someone come in and clean the building. They have not professionally sanitized the building and they told us that we had to sanitize the building ourselves when we came in yesterday to reopen. 3. They haven't reached out to anyone who has filled out contact tracing forms to let them know multiple people in the establishment have tested positive for COVID 19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-08
