1) There are no SDS available and there is pure concentrate of "sanidate" in spray bottles which is used for cleaning and has caused airway discomfort for employees at the station. 2) There are unlabeled spray bottles of chemicals that when employees use cause eye/nose/throat burning and irritation. 3) n95s and Kn95s are used daily by field staff without fit testing. Employees treat patients with known positive COVID19. 4) Employees have tested positive for COVID19. 5) Water damage and mold underneath the flooring of the basement and black mold behind the baseboard at the station.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
