1. Employee was diagnosed as having coronavirus (i.e., Patient Zero). Other employees that had close contact with patient zero were not informed by management. Employees were eventually informed by patient zero days after confirmation. 2. Employees left the workplace after learning they were exposed, but their workstations were not closed or sanitized. 3. Other coworkers showed symptoms two days after, but were not sent home due to staff shortages even though management had been informed that morning that the coworker had tested positive for COVID-19 and had been in close contact with customers and other employees for more than 15 minutes.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-01
