Employees are experiencing illnesses due to the heat, including dizziness and nausea. 2. Employees do not have access to water or other beverages. The employer does not have cups and does not allow employees to purchase drinks that the store sells to customers. 3. Employees cannot socially distance themselves and are not wearing face coverings (COVID-19) due to the extreme heat. 4.
