(1) The General Manager tested positive for Covid-19 and still worked three days without informing any workers including other managers and still has not informed anyone and has been gone now for two weeks. Cleaning measures were not taken and two of the employees have become ill. This same incident occurred in July with an associate testing positive and the same General Manager and Regional Director did not take any cleaning measures and did not inform other employees of the exposure.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-24
