(1) A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, quarantining employees, informing employees for possible exposure to the virus, employee returning to work, social distancing, personal protective equipment, disinfecting/sanitizing, and employee training. Management will not allow masks in the office to protect against covid and continues to tell employees that covid does not exist. Management advises and almost demands that employees not get tested for covid. Many employees have had covid and no one was alerted that they had come in contact at all.
