1. There are 15 employee at any one time working in the office. None of the employees wear masks, there is no social distancing and some employees share office space. 2. During meetings many of the employees have to sit within one foot of each other in a basement with no windows. 3. Some of the jobs involve telemarketing, this can be done online and performed directly from the employee's home. However, employees are required to work from the office. 4. The office recently had five employees test positive for covid in one week. Employees are still not required to wear face coverings or practice social distancing.
