Regulatory Report
3500 Washtenaw Avenue, Ann Arbor, 48104 Michigan, United States
1. The cook wasn't wearing gloves or properly covering their face with a mask while cooking food. Other employees and managers also frequently remove their masks and glove to talk, etc. 2. It's impossible to properly practice social distancing from other employees/managers because of how small the kitchen / dining room is; there are also far too many people working at once to properly practice social distancing. 3. This Olga's Kitchen was also giving out food to their employees and the people handling the food were not wearing gloves or masks. 4. One of my co-workers who said that they were not feeling well was allowed to work, even though some of the symptoms they mentioned were similar to the symptoms associated with coronavirus. 5. Another co-worker has come into contact with someone who tested positive for coronavirus and was told that they sill had to work. According to management the employee would only be excused from work if they tested positive for coronavirus. 6. Olga's Kitchen is brining back all of their employees, even though quarantine is not over. All employees are told that if they refuse to work for any type of health or safety reasons, they will lose their unemployment benefits.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-05-05
