The Nursing Management was disingenuous with medical screening and medical surveillance of the nursing lab facilities. The nursing lab was used by multiple classes of nursing students, under the tutorship of their nursing instructors. Instructors failed in basic checking of the campus clear app. This app asked students to self complete an on campus clearing. Instructors were supposed to check. Many did not check the app and students that were COVID-19 positive were in the nursing lab. Instructors failed tat basic lab guidelines. Nursing faculty did not communicate until there was a positive student, which became ill. In this health crisis, faculty put undue stress on all staff/students and aided the spread of COVID-19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-07-06
