1. The employer is not currently following any COVID protocols or guidelines. While there are Covid signs posted such as for cleaning, they are not actually enforced. 2. The employer requires masks, however very few employees wear them. 3. Most office staff has the full capability to work at home, however it is discouraged and frowned upon. 4. In person meetings are still held with no social distancing and masks are rarely worn. 5. Employees were recently offered gift cards with the promise of not having to wear masks to work if they received the vaccination. The gifts are tiered based on the date that you received your final shot. 6.
