The employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees in that the employer is not having employees who tested positive and exhibiting symptoms for COVID-19 to quarantine. 2. The employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees in that the employer is not allowing employees who were exposed to COVID-19 employees and patients to test at an alternative facility. 3.
