An individual in the facility tested positive for COVID-19 while continuing to work and the employer did not inform all employees that work in close quarters and have direct contact with the individual of the exposure. Individuals were not allowed to quarantine or get tested so they would not bring the virus to their homes from work. The area had not been properly cleaned or sanitized since the positive case.
