T8CCR 3205(c)- Liberty Healthcare Corp. is a contracted mental health services provider for the County of San Bernardino and the San Bernardino sheriff. The ER is not consistently providing masks, not ensuring social distancing is performed in the office areas and is not ensuring masks are consistently utilized when engaging with inmates. T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(D)- At the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, in the main mental health office, in the corridor of Unit 1 downstairs, there are 30-40 employees who work in a small office area. There is no social distancing, computer stations are shared and are lined up next to one another against a wall. Less than 1 feet apart. EE's sit next to each other within arms lengeh distance. There are no barriers, walls, or partitions. T8CCR 3205(c)(6)- The ER is not consistently providing masks to ensure all EEs have masks. Most EEs provide their own. The ER tells EEs to go to county employees at the nurse station to ask for PPE. T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(H)- EEs are expected to go into known quarantine units called segment units and interact with inmates. Inmates are supposed to wear masks, but do not always. Some employees wear masks, but ER does not always provide them. T8CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(5)- ER requires the EEs to get tested weekly, they expect them to go and get tested for free.
