Boxes are stacked next to and directly in front of the exit, especially during deliveries. The path between the kitchen and dining room is also blocked by boxes. T8 CCR 3225(a)(1) & 3272(b) 2. The employer failed to ensure that approved first-aid materials are stocked and replenished as necessary and readily available for employees. T8 CCR 3400(c) 3. The employer failed to provide hand protection, such as gloves or other tools, to all employees required to handle hot objects, such as metal food containers heated by boiling water and steam. T8 CCR 3384(a) 4. The employer failed to train employees on how to safely handle hot food and metal food containers. Additionally, the employer has not effectively trained the cooks in a language they understand. T8 CCR 3203(a)(7) 5. The employer failed to post the CAL/OSHA Notice of Employee Protections and Obligations entitled "Safety and Health Protection on the Job," in the workplace. T8 CCR 340 6. The employer failed to ensure that all employees in the kitchen wear face coverings when indoors. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(A) & (c)(2)(F) 7. The employer failed to ensure that employees are protected against slips and falls. Employees are directed to walk through the kitchen immediately after cooks mop the floors. T8 CCR 3273(a) 8. The employer failed to address uncontrolled accumulation of water where the draft beer is drained and in display bottles, leading to the growth of mold. T8 CCR 3362(g) 9. The employer failed to implement an effective hazard communication program. The employer failed to label all containers containing hazardous chemicals, including spray bottles used to clean tables. Additionally, the employer has failed to gather and make available Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous chemicals in the workplace. T8 CCR 5194(e)(1)
