Employees not fit tested for new N95 filtering facepiece respirators. T8 5144 Screening procedures for surgical patients is not adequate. Emergency patients are tested with the Abbot rapid swab and test negative for COVID 19 only to have PCR test results come back positive while the patient is in surgery.
