1. There are leaks in the ceiling throughout the warehouse, including the flow rack area and truck pack area, causing concern about mold possibly being present in the ceiling. In addition, there are totes placed on the floor to collect the water and employees operating pickers have to watch out for the totes when operating the pickers. 2. Cross training of temporary and permananent hire employees is being done in the packing areas and the CDC guideline for social distancing of 6 feet is not being followed. 3. Welding is being conducted in the warehouse and there are fumes and sparks present when employees are working on the floor. The employees are not provided with proper personal protective equipment such as N95 masks. The employer is planning on painting to be conducted in the warehouse as well.
