44 Kilburn Street, New Bedford, Ma. 1-There were with COVID-19 positive patients in the work place which exposed employees to the virus. 2-Not all employees were not informed about COVID-19 patients before having to work in the facility with the positive persons. 3-Employees were not wearing N95 respirators when caring for COVID-19 suspected and/or confirmed patients. 4-Patients are not all wearing face masks to help minimize spread of COVID-19 in the work place. 5-There are no rules for employees concerning protecting themselves from COVID-19. 6-A written COVID plan has not been developed. 7-Trash and supplies from the COVID-19 patients is put in regular trash cans.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 50
