Floors are very slippery. 6. There are no designated walkways and no designated storage areas for boxes thereby creating tripping hazards. 7. Soup is cooked over an open flame and there is no ventilation. 8. Surfaces are not cleaned and sanitized to address COVID concerns. 9.
