The restaurant has a note posted on the door that says you should wear a mask, but 50% of the people that come in don't wear a mask. They also let people walk around without masks. The cooks don't wear masks at all, and employees have to constantly walk past them while working. Most of the other staff that does wear a mask won't wear it over their nose. They constantly pull their masks down when using the computers that we all have to share. I'm also concerned about the management not making sure all the employees are washing their hands or making sure that the highly touched items are being disinfected. Every time employees have to go into the walk-in cooler the handle is caked with food, the computers always have sticky food covered fingerprints on them. There have been at least 2 people that came in extremely sick, and no one required them to go home or get a test. We are extremely short handed. Servers do not spread out when they don't have anything to do, when employees putt an order in the computer everyone huddles behind them or next to them. A barrier between the 2 computers would help. An employee wrote a letter a few months ago, the only change they made was they made the cooks wear masks and that lasted a week, and the servers wore them on their noses for 3 days.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-26
