1. Covid 19 protocols are not being enforced. Temperature readings are not accurate and sanitizer is not being utilized. Employees who call off sick are instructed to come into work regardless of illness. Employees are either not wearing or inappropriately wearing facemasks. 2. Faulty drainage around worksite, no permits are posted while construction projects are being conducted at building, mold is present and electrical wires are exposed hanging in warehouse. Water dripping out the air conditioning vents is not appropriately draining out of building.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 50
