1. Failure to follow COVID regulations. Employer is not enforcing mask wearing. 2. Employer is not performing temperature checks or questioning employees about COVID symptoms. 3. Employer is not enforcing social distancing. 4. Employer is not cleaning the facility as it should. 5. Employer is allowing COVID positive employees to remain working until symptoms arise and is not notifying other employees when they have been in contact with someone who is positive so they can quarantine. 6. Employees who have left work sick have been called and asked to come back before the quarantine period is complete; in some cases their job was threatened.
