1. Employees are not utilizing face masks nor are they utilizing gloves, not even in the food prep area. 2. The establishment does not have sanitation stations, nor are there any employees assigned to sanitize entry/exit doors, bathrooms, counter tops, etc. 3. There are only 2 or 3 pens available for customers who utilize credit cards for transactions. 4. There are no marks on the floor to encourage social distancing. 5.
