1. The employer does not clean the facility. Cleaning and disinfecting is not done between games, which potentially exposes employees to COVID-19. 2. In the front room, there are multiple employees in one room with no social distancing being followed. 3. Face masks are not required to be worn, although the county has a mask mandate. 4. Clutter and wires are on the floor in the office, creating a trip/fall hazard. 5. The women's restroom is closed and used for storage. It is filled with items to the ceiling, which could fall and strike employees when entering. 6. The hallway is cluttered, creating a trip/fall hazard. 7. Boxes of props and wires in the front room cause a trip/fall hazard. 8. A curtain is in place over the office area.
