1. Customers are not social distancing especially near the deli, seafood, and meat department. 2. They are making employees wear only 2 types of masks. Ones that have the Metropolitan Market logo, and the basic blue/white medical masks. 3. The MM logo ones break really easily and employees feel unsafe with the cheap medical masks that are provided. 4. They are not doing maintenance on a regular basis especially when the only maintenance worker has days off. 5. Hot bar and soup bar are not maintained properly because they don?t have enough people to do it. 6. Break room is too small and doesn?t allow for enough distance between employees while eating. 7. Monitoring the amount of customers in the building is only done when employees bring it to the attention of the store director team. 8. They usually lie on the number of customers in the building. 9.
