Employees are exposed to health hazards, in that as of September 13, 2021 the entire facility did not have running water, in which restrooms were unavailable to employees and alternate locations were not provided to employees. 2. Employees are exposed to health hazards, in that as of September 13, 2021 the employer did not provide potable water to employees throughout the entire facility. 3. Employees are exposed to unsanitary conditions and trip hazards, in that the van lines are cluttered in trash and glass and is not being cleaned on a regular basis. 4. Employees are exposed to respiratory hazards, in that the employer is not informing employees on possible exposure after an employee has tested positive for COVID-19. 5. Employees are exposed to fire hazards, in that the emergency doors near the bay doors are being blocked by boxes and freight.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 250
