T8CCR 3362(f) Bugs crawling out of the floor boards, moisture at floor boards with vomit smell possible mold. Clients were exposed to these conditions before program closed due to Covid-19 as well as staff who are currently working in the facility without clients. At least 8 staff members are exposed daily.
